SHINE Youth Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to creating a safe, structured, and healing environment for Youth and Non-Minor Dependents. Founded by a child welfare professional with over 25 years of experience, SHINE was born from a deep understanding of the unmet truama and mental health needs of youth in the foster system-and the recognition that too often, programs prioritize filling beds over healing hearts. Our mission is to provide not just housing—but a foundation for recovery, growth, and long-term success.
We are currently in the development and licensing phase of our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), ensuring full compliance with California Community Care Licensing and behavioral health standards.
