SHINE’s mission is to provide a safe, healing, and nurturing home where girls recieve individualized, trauma-informed menatl health care and are empowered to have a voice in their life planning. Equally important, SHINE values the caregivers who serve these youth by offering training, support, and fair compensation, recognizing that stable and supported staff are essential to fostering trust and long-term positive outcomes.
SHINE Youth Services, Inc. is building a trauma-informed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) for at-risk youth and young adults ages 13–21 in San Bernardino County
